This mount was specifically designed for Toro Timecutter* mowers with bolt-on, and cast caster spindles. This will bolt up without any cutting or drilling – just sandwich the mount flanges between the caster and the new bolts supplied, tighten up the nuts and you’re ready to go. *Does not fit Toro Timecutter Max
